Respondents widely report a lack of affordable non-urgent outpatient channels; same-day demand after work hours or at weekends has long gone unmet. There is latent demand for low-cost evening clinics, instant tele-consultation, and a platform that checks private-clinic slots in real time — services that could divert pressure from A&E and fill the gap in current provision.
